Senior JAVA Developer
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Senior JAVA Developer
Key Requirements:
- Looking for a Java Application Developer to one of our DevOps teams within the Technology department.
- This team is responsible of features to initialise and control connectivity, and service activation of the onboard telematics unit.
- Working with Continuous Delivery is extremely important, with team members taking responsibility to deliver high quality software - as micro services - all the way from requirements to production.
- Being a DevOps team we also deploy, operate, support and maintain our applications, and we do it on Cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Full-stack senior Java Back End developer delivering high code and test quality using agile methods.
- Embracing principles such as iterative development, continuous refactoring and clean and DRY code.
Key Skills:
- At least three years of experience as Java developer.
- Core Java 8.
- Core Spring.
- JMS (AMQ).
- REST.
- CI.
- Test frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock etc).
- Databases (Oracle, Postgres).
- Spring Boot.
- Version handling (GIT, Subversion).
Nice to have:
- DevOps.
- Micro services.
- NoSQL (Mongo).
- JS client frameworks (Angular, Aurelia).
- Fitnesse.
- Jenkins.
- Nexus.
- JBoss.
- Amazon Web Services.
- WMQ.
- Experience from telematics and/or the automotive industry is of course a plus.
- A positive team-player with can-do personality and communication skills is expected.
- Ideally looking for someone who can speak both Swedish and English.
