Risk Developer (Python/VBA/Excel/) Contract Dublin 6-18 Months.
My client a global leader in their market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Risk Developer to join them on a contract basis for 6 months with extensions up to at least 18 months.
My client is looking for a technically strong, motivated developer with financial industry experience to evolve a Rates trading application from a tactical Excel/VBA implementation to a strategic platform (python Back End/openFin+React Front End). You must be comfortable working in a fast paced collaborative environment. Project responsibilities include both strategic development and maintenance of tactical solution. The Ideal candidate will be proficient in both Excel/VBA and Python as well as possess a solid understanding of Object Oriented programming. Knowledge of Interest Rate Swap market and swap related instruments is a plus.
