Continuous Improvement Lead - Six Sigma Black Belt - Training, Mentoring, Coaching, Governance and Benefits Realisation.
My client is looking for someone to join their team on a contract basis for an initial 5-6 month period.
This is a part time role for 3 days per week.
Joining a team in growth containing yellow and green belt level individuals this role will involve taking a pivotal role to help mentoring, coaching and training the team to Green Belt level as appropriate, as well as assisting in developing the team through introduction of relevant tools, techniques and governance for projects.
Particular attention to project delivery and benefits realisation stages needed along with the ability to be able to assist in a programme of requirements capture and future project identification.
Projects can be cost avoidance, process improvement, customer experience and cost reduction based and candidates must be able to show sensitivity to their environment as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
IR35 status - status confirmation in progress. Please quote rate for inside and outside of IR35.
