Are you a Senior Java Developer looking for your next contract opportunity? Do you want to work for one of Switzerland's tier one banks in a Front Office Trading environment? You will be joining a team working on business-critical Front Office trading systems within the Risk Department of the bank's Investment Banking Division. The team consists of around 15 technically strong Senior engineers who liaise with Business Analysts, Project Manager and the external business stakeholders.
Technically you are expected to have excellent Core Java and Multithreading skills along with good knowledge of Oracle Coherence and databases, ideally Sybase. Furthermore, you should be familiar with the Java concurrency library and Java frameworks such as spring. As this role is within Front Office Trading, knowledge of financial products such as Derivatives and FX is desirable.
