Senior DevOps Engineer - Linux and Windows (Boston, MA)

We are seeking a Senior DevOps engineer that comes from a development background that is able to automate it all. In this role you will work closely with the Engineering and QA teams to identify and design process automation and tools to make things run more efficiently and effectively. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer that enjoys working in a mixed environment of Linux and Windows (50/50 split environment). If you value autonomy and being able to own automating, then this the role for you.
This is a 6 month contract position located in Boston, MA. You will have the opportunity to join an outstanding team and leadership!
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of development experience (C#, Java, Obj-c, Ruby)
- 3+ years experience in DevOps
- Strong Docker experience
- Strong Scripting experience (Bash, Powershell)
- Proficient in Windows Services and applications
- Proficient in Linux (Redhat, Centos, Ubuntu)
- Extended experience with Atlassian Suite (Bamboo, JIRA, BitBucket, etc.)
- Can-do mentality - need someone who can come in and own this project and take the reins
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Terraform, Octopus, Bamboo, Elasticsearch tools
- Bachelor's Degree
- Payment Solutions background
