Description
4+ years experience in MicroStrategy platform (run/maintenance)
Knowledge of System manager, Object manager and Operations Manager
Role:
Arrange advanced automated monitoring on the MicroStrategy environment on application and infrastructure level. eg create & analyse current usage of reports/dashboards;
Solve the upgrade issues resulting from the previous upgrade from 9.4 to 10.4;
Solve issues with Moderation Application (MA) and improve MA for run (MA is an in house build Java application for managing access ranges within reports);
Participating from a run perspective in upgrading MicroStrategy;
Coaching the team to achieve more maturity.
