SAP GIS Architect
3 month contract
Gent, Belgium
My client in the utilities sector, looking forthe support of an experienced GIS solution architect/Senior developer. Setting up a new all cloud-based GIS and SAP platform and a complex integrated solution on that platform. Confirmed technologies include Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6, SAP S4/HANA and SAP analytics.
Key skills required
-At least 5 years of experience with GIS technologies, and an expert level experience with the Esri suite of products.
-Proven experience with the set up and configuration of the Esri ArcGIS Enterprise platform in a role as solution architect and/or senior developer.
-Experience with GeoCortext Essentials is a plus.
-Experience in software engineering and development, either .NET based or Java based. Ideally, your experience is in web based development and you have strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, JSON, REST.
-Good understanding of technical networking concepts and infrastructure knowledge (solution sizing, virtualization, network security, authentication)
-Knowledge and some experience of SQL and (spatial) RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or SAP HANA Spatial
-Proven experience blueprinting and shaping a software solution, detailing information architecture, application architecture and infrastructure architecture, and integration of different systems (GIS, ERP, ECM)
-Experience with implementation planning and estimating is a plus.
