Data Scientist Contract (Great Day Rate)
Our client is a financial company based in Dublin, who are searching for a Data Scientist for an initial 12-month contract which is likely to extend. Expect a great employer, and company providing an interesting project opportunity.
Key responsibilities of the roleThis opportunity will suit a data scientist with a strong academic background and experience in predictive modelling and customer segmentation. You will join as a key member of the team with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within a fast paced, exciting, data-rich environment.
Key Skills of the role:- Third level education in one of the following subjects Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science.
- 4+ Years' experience within the field of Data Science
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Data Mining and Machine Learning techniques.
- Demonstrable statistical programming experience in SAS, R, Python.
- Experience of SQL.
