Scala Developer/Spark/Agile/Finance
My client is a world-recognized organization and the leader on the Dutch financial market. For them I am looking for a Scala Developer to become a part of an exciting long-term project. You will be working in an enterprise environment with a strong Back End order management system.
Your profile:
- Strong Scala Development skills in an Enterprise Software environment
- Experience with Spark
- A logical mindset and an aptitude for problem solving
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A good understanding of software design and development principles
- Experience making changes to large enterprise applications
- Experience working in E-commerce applications
- An understanding of Agile processes including XP practices such as Pair Programming
- Experience applying testing practices such as Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
- An understanding of environments and deployment processes
