Geomatics Engineer-GIS/SAS/Geographic/Data/ArcGIS/QGis/OGC
An experienced Geomatics Engineer with proven experience in geographic information systems (GIS) is required to integrate, create and update geographic databases.
My client is a large public-sector organisation who are going through a digital transformation. You will be incorporated into a team spread over several business units as part of the project.
Experience in data processing, especially with statistical data from different files (SAS, SPSS, GIS) and Web Server (Apache) is required.
Responsibilities include geocoding, the development and management of geomatics tools and the design of IT solutions.
Extensive knowledge on how to develop in Python, PHP & JavaScript is desirable.
French or Dutch speakers required for this role.
