Embedded Software Engineer4-5 month contract

Optimus Life Sciences are looking for an embedded software engineer with some hardware experience that likes to work on measurements and has an interest in experimentation and research.
Ideal candidates will have a problem-solving attitude and can come from a background in either academia or industry.
The role is due to start on September 1st but can begin earlier as the project is already up and running.
Role
Testing and improving the performance of algorithms to measure the distance to moving objects using an off the shelf radio. The initial setup is already available.
Design and make small modifications to an embedded platform both HW and software.

- Signal knowledge is desirable
