Description
Quality Shopping Analyst with Hindi wanted for our Zurich based client.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree or being currently enrolled in university in a relevant field
- Profound experience as a Quality Operations Analyst
- Strong analytical and web research skills coupled with interest in online shopping and e-commerce, awareness of Hindi cultural context
- Familiarity with SQL
- Languages: fluent Hindi and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assisting the engineering team to improve the automated systems coupled with applying policies of the company at scale
- Analyzing and negotiating complex policy corner cases in addition to translating the knowledge into scalable rules that can be deployed programmatically
- Identifying, researching and investigating problems and giving proposals for improvement
- Applying simple SQL scripts to pull data for further investigation
