Job Description:
*Guiding and Mentoring team in problem handling, troubleshooting, following standards and Industry best practices
*Leading discussions with client, vendor and other stakeholders
*Building appropriate support models for new rollouts.
*Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirement as part of a structured change control process.
*Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RA processes and ensuring adherence to predefined SLAs and proper communications to the clients
*Issue follow ups and coordination with various stakeholders
*Coordination with WorkFusion RPA tool vendor for tool related issues, Patch application and version upgrades
*Drive continuous improvement within the support space and build Support knowledgebase
*Engages with Diagnostic/Pre-Sales team to understand Customer requirements, drives support Solutions and provides effort estimates for proposed Solution.
Experience and Skills Required:
*Bachelor/Masters university degree in Engineering
*8 to 10 years of IT experience. Minimum Two years of experience in leading Workfusion RPA architecture and design platform including 1 year hands on programming experience in Workfusion Process
Automation Software:
*Workfusion Certified.
*Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network topologies and virtual server/desktop environment
*Hands on experience for at least three years using any one of the Programming Languages C, C#, C++ or Java
*Hands on experience for at least one year in any one of the Scripting languages like VB, Python, Tcl/TK, Java Script etc.
*Strong exposure of Robotic products infrastructure and sizing, nuances associated with UI automation with various IT landscapes
*Should have led a minimum of two project implementations as tech lead or Architect in Workfusion RPA space..
*Experience in front ending client facing discussions and interfacing with Client Business, IT and Architecture teams
*Deep knowledge of industry leading automation products capabilities and technical requirements
*Good communication skills & customer interaction skills
*Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.
*Robotic products infrastructure and sizing, nuances associated with UI automation with various IT landscape.
*Performs code reviews and mentor's junior developers
*Knowledge of ticketing system.
*Flexible to work across shifts.
