As a Senior Software Developer Java you will work on the development of the Java software components as part of the evolution.My client are the pioneer and market leader in game-changing energy and grid solutions based on battery storage. They provide utilities, independent power producers, microgrids and C&I customers with turnkey storage systems, supporting a wide range of business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Software Development as member of the Java developer team
Design software architecture
Development of algorithms and technical solutions in close cooperation with engineering
Development, maintenance and improvement of automated integration test infrastructure
Taking part in the SCRUM development process – backlog grooming, story point estimation, continuous improvement of the process, code review
Preferred Background:
Significant expertise in Java, OSGi, Camel
Knowledge of OSGi and experience with Apache Karaf
Experience with BDD/TDD as well as with the integration patterns and messaging systems like Apache Camel
Intuitive understanding of software architecture and design
Strong focus on teamwork and a commitment to always let the best idea win
