An opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious organisations in the world based in Dubai has arisen for a Contract Lead React/NodeJs Developer to work on a long-term contract basis.
As a Lead React/NodeJs Developer, you will lead a team of talented Software Engineers with overall accountability for end to end development. Our client is looking for candidates to be able to roll up their sleeves and provide technical hands on leadership to be able to deliver high end projects.
Skills/Environment
*Relevant experience as a lead developer/Technical Leader
*Experience in several programming languages including but not limited to: React/NodeJs/MEAN stack
*Designing and deploying Nodejs-based microservices with OpenShift or similar technologies
*Experience architecting and developing large scale design.
*Ability to handle multiple projects/priorities at any given time.
*Demonstrable experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
*Operational experience working with large websites and E-commerce platforms on private and public clouds.
*Proven experience working with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management systems and CI/CD.
*Experience on several database platforms - Couchbase, MongoDB, Cassandra;
*Managing source code and package repositories such as GitHub, Nexus, Artifactory
*Delivering software in a highly collaborative Agile environment
*An understanding of how to analyse and present operational metrics and use that data to optimize systems.
Contract rate: 40k - 50k AED (£8,500 - £10,500) per month
