Description
My client is looking for TWO Front End Web Developers to take the web applications to the next level in terms of performance, cross-platform use, and in visual appearance. These two developers need to have experience using Brightscript or working experience in Roku OR Amazon TV/Video.
Main accountabilities:
- Web application development in our customer projects including DNA TV
- Developing mobile-optimized and cross-platform compatible HTML5 sites
- Developing high-performance web applications
- Implementing pixel perfect solutions based on material from UI designers
- Supporting mobile application developers in packaging HTML5 applications as native mobile apps
- Maintaining well-documented and high-quality code
- Acquiring latest knowledge on new development software, trends, and best practices
- Able to coach and assist other team members

Key qualifications, skills and experience:
- Programming experience
- Experience in web technologies
- Expert level skills in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in using JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS.
- Experience in using third-party libraries and APIs
- Object-oriented software design and programming
- Version control systems (Git)
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and driven by results
- Persistent and structured problem solving skills
- Msc/Bsc in computer engineering or related skills
