Our direct, Fortune 500 client in NE Cleveland, OH is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work on a fast-paced, Agile development team!Required:
Demonstrated success leveraging industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
Agility in learning new systems and processes
Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions
Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with and influence others
Listening, verbal and written communications skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with others in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
Organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details
Plusses:
Agile methodology and SCRUM experience preferred
