For our client we are looking for a Salesforce.com Architect.
Ework is direct supplier to our client - there is no middle layer. This means that we have a good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.

An exciting and challenging opportunity for a Salesforce.com Architect to take responsibility for the realisation of Salesforce.com based solutions, ensuring each solution is designed and implemented in accordance to enterprise architecture guidelines, standards and best practice. Working within the Commercial Vertical of our client you will be expected to engage with Project Leads, technical project teams, solution vendors and other stakeholders through the solution life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will act as a resident subject matter expert for Salesfore.com, advising the senior architect on key architectural decisions around Salesforce.com, the Force.com ecosystem and supporting technologies. Primary responsibility is supporting the senior architect with the Salesforce.com system design(s) and its numerous integration points. Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, but continue to think clearly and provide support and guidance to the team. A critical key to success is the ability to gain alignment between the technology and business strategy, leveraging Salesforce.com services.
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience and detailed knowledge of best practices around developing and managing large, complex Salesforce.com environments, including partner applications such as Heroku, Marketing Cloud & Einstein Analytics.
- Experience designing and developing solutions based on the Force.com platform
- Integrating Salesforce.com in enterprise organisations using a variety of tools and techniques including web services, ETL and SOA
- Experience of Salesforce Lightning UI, Heroku & Einstein Analytics implementation is desirable
- Working in large, role/project focused teams of analysts, product owners, architects and third party vendors
- Estimating implementation effort at both high and detailed levels
- Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities.
- Experience of both agile and waterfall development methodologies
- Preferred Salesforce.com certifications (Any of the following):
- Administrator
- Advanced Administrator
- Platform Developer I/II
- Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud consultant
- Architect Certifications
- Strong levels of overall IT experience, demonstrating a particular focus on architecting Salesforce.com & Force.com solutions
- Understanding customer requirements, challenging existing ways of working and using technology & best practice to enable clean, simple software solutions
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written), negotiation, decision making, problem solving and facilitation skills
- Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility
- Ability to see inter-relations between different aspects of a project and those of other projects internally & externally
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Senior Architect in building a robust and scalable force.com platform that meet our client's best practice
- End-to-end ownership of developed solutions according to industry & our client's best practices
- Enforcing and helping to set strategic development, documentation and governance practices and ensuring the quality of developed solutions
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel
- Working with, coaching and helping to manage offshore development teams
