Senior iOS Developer - Dublin
We are a global financial transaction company looking for brilliant and passionate Mobile Software Developers to join our new customer facing global R&D/innovation services team. Set up in 2014, this technical customer-oriented prototyping and innovation design services team, was created to support our global customer base. In this role, you will be a key member of a highly agile team of engineers, working to build product prototypes and pilots, in collaboration with global brands in commerce.

This engineering team will have a diverse focus both in terms of geography and variety of technology challenge and is the first team go-to market team as part of a global mobilization plan for this business unit.

Role
Report to Chief Technology Head to deliver on customer engagement.
Experienced iOS Apps developer.
Attention to detail and subtleties of UI design and implementation.
Understanding of design patterns.
Ability to design for scalability and resilience.
Strong application process flow and problem solving techniques.
Work with project team to meet scheduled due dates, while identifying emerging issues and recommending solutions for problems and independently perform assigned tasks, perform production incident management.
Skillsets
Native iOS developer (Objective-C/Swift)
5+ years' experience
Solid knowledge of the iOS SDKs and common design patterns
Experience of releasing to the app store
Nice to have - experience with voice interaction apps, NLP experience (Lex/Dialogflow/Nuance/Rasa), Chatbot/Voice experience
Knowledge of dependency management systems (CocoaPods/Carthage or similar).
Comfortable using Interface Builder or code for Auto Layout
Experience in interfacing with RESTful services
Significant experience in building native iOS applications with standard and custom UI
Own portfolio of apps would be advantageous but not required (please include links & descriptions)
