Digital Optimisation Lead:

This role is absolutely critical for developing and delivering the plan to optimise customer sign ups, appointment management, satisfaction and retention for our Smart customers.

The Digital Optimisation Lead will draw on their expertise in combining analytics, user experience, web design principles and content to deliver a programme of activity to constantly drive enhanced performance.

We'll be looking to you to tell the story behind the data through analysing traffic flows from beginning to end across all desktop, mobile web and mobile apps. In doing this you will know how to optimise conversion, customer experience and identify opportunities, driving commercial value and return. Exiting stuff!

Working in collaboration with the Digital Business Partners you'll constantly be engaging key people in Commercial, Marketing, Energy Services and Customer Services to influence traffic-driving initiatives, propositions and CRM development to deliver results.

As someone who is deeply engaged in, and aware of external market conditions, the competitive landscape and emerging capability - we'll give you autonomy to identify opportunities and risks throughout the year, adjusting plans and tactics in response to market changes.
