Driven by DevOps and Agile methodologies, this international US based organisation recently acquired the software division of a high-street UK name. Their innovative low/no code platform is a seriously impressive accomplishment.

This is really a fantastic team that we have worked with for about five years. Expansion and advanced technology abound with a theme around best-of-breed FOSS software solely on Linux in the cloud, deployed with CI/CD. There are too many interesting technologies to list here! However the core skills are Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, AWS. Obviously a strong knowledge of all the common flavours of Linux is needed, along with strong Bash and Scripting skills. Usual DevOps tools apply, including but not limtied to Atlassian Suite particularly Jira and Confluence. Knowledge and adherence to gitflow and tagging is a pre-requisite, along with strong SDLC and automation. Front End is largely Node, Angular, Java. There's Mongo, Rabbit, ELK etc.

  • Extensive knowledge of Python and Bash Scripting
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian Bamboo, Confluence and Jira, Nexus also a nice-to-have.
  • Sound knowledge of cloud technologies and APIs
  • Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
  • Experience of Kubernetes, especially deployments into AWS.
  • Experience of Helm Chart authoring and deployment into Kubenetes.
