Global Communications and Media Lead

Location: London

Duration: Initial 6 months

Rate: £Competitive pwd

The Role:

As the Global Communications and Media Lead you will be managing a multi-million pound budget to deliver across all of our territories. The communications approach will be used in an innovative and engaging manner for consumers to educate and convert in the smart home category.

My client are looking for an entrepreneurial drive to occupy this full time and globally focussed role to both define and deliver their communications and media marketing activity across a number of territories in UK, Europe and America.

You will be Responsible for;

  • Ownership of developing and executing the through the line media strategy for all territories to support the wider communications plan developed by the Global Head of Marketing Communications and in line with our growth and revenue commercial targets.
  • Lead the planning and execution of creative assets for support of product and proposition roadmap and will ensure we achieve our brand and commercial objectives
  • Leading all offline media activity across territories supported by one Direct Report
  • Collaborate closely with your peers in our retail activation, digital, PR, brand and partnership functions to ensure that all communications and messaging are tightly project managed cohesively and coherently and fully integrated across all communications touchpoints.

About you;

  • Ability to evaluate creative concepts for brand alignment and course correct as needed
  • Understanding of media plans/buying and able to provide direction to a media agency
  • Significant first-hand experience developing end to end marketing communications campaign elements from initial briefing, through creative concepts to development to production and whilst not responsible for digital delivery have a digital first mindset and approach.
  • A passionate senior player with the attitude to deliver in a fast paced, start up environment.
