iKas International are currently recruiting for a Client Service Specialist on behalf of an industry renowned, market leading investment bank who are looking to grow out their Client Services team. Sitting within one of the banks most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished Client Service Specialist with experience in Custody, Corporate Actions and FX.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing Client Service expertise within a banking environment. You will have the ability to review daily reports for any risk items and investigate these items. You will have solid understanding of Custody, Corporate Actions and FX.
Excellent Understanding of:
- 5 + years Client Service Specialist skills
- Client Services
- Custody experience
- Corporate Actions
- FX
- Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
