The Role:
You live to break down and solve complex problems and deliver simple solutions that rapidly answer users' needs. You love to collaborate, you listen, and care about your peers and your users. You will be working as a Senior Software Engineer in a newly created and innovative unit. With relative freedom to define and extend the current code base with React J.S TypeScript, HTML5, SCSS, WebPack, Bootstrap, SASS etc. We are looking tor a developer with the above mentioned technical knowledge in combination with strong organizational and people skills and more than a passing interest in being disruptive.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop high quality, scalable and readable code, fast
- Play a leading role in hackathons and rapid, agile builds
- Rapidly iterate and evolve solutions from a blank whiteboard to a revenue stream. Work collaboratively to form and grow the small, elite development team
- Communicate regularly and effectively with selected stakeholders, identifying creative solutions to
- problems to maximise value.

Knowledge & Skills:
- Expert in Object-Oriented Javascript
- Extensive knowledge of frameworks such as Angular, Backbone, jQuery, etc.
- Experience developing single page applications that scale
- Follows software engineering principles, patterns, frameworks and technologies
- Strong CSS (Compass/SASS) and HTML5 skills
- Usage of JSON REST APIs
- Knowledge of Jasmine and Cucumber is a plus
- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of prototype, lean builds through to scale.
- Distinct understanding and passion for Agile/Scrum
- Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks
- Comfortable to work independently
- Must work effectively in a dynamic development environment within different countries.
- A thirst for working with leading edge technologies and developer communities
- The ability to work collaboratively
