Signify Technology are working with an international leading Energy-Tech company. They are leading the way in distributed energy systems and creating Real Time solution platforms used by business and households.
My client is currently going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for talented Scala Developers to expand their team and provide you with the responsibility to deliver quality software.
As a Scala Developer, you will be taking an active role within the current team and be involved with functional, technical and architectural decisions. You would have the opportunity to learn and work with new technologies and take ownership of your code and working with autonomy.
My client requires Developers to be based onsite in Antwerp, Belgium for 3 days per week and offers 2 days to work remotely. They will offer a 12-month initial contract with a high chance of extension and can pay up to €700 per day.

Skills & Experience
- Highly skilled Scala Developer
- Commercial experience with Java
- Masters in Engineering or similar field
- Experience with Functional Programming
- Knowledge of Linux systems
- Experience with Akka and Kafka
- Professional knowledge of Cassandra
