One of my market leading financial clients in Amsterdam is urgently seeking a Full stack Developer for a long-term contract paying excellent rates. If you like it, you will never have to leave.

The Full stack Java Developer will IDEALLY HAVE AT LEAST 65% of the following skills:
- Experience with implementation of financial software packages.
- Strong functional knowledge of financial application and products like mortgages
- Experience with Java or .NET (minimal competent level)
- Experience with CI/CD tooling (at least Git, Jenkins and Docker)
- Experience with the Agile/Scrum/Kanban way of working
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English
Nice to Haves
- Basic (Linux) operations and automation skills
- Advanced skills that help us improve our CI/CD pipeline (eg using Docker)
- Experience with DevOps (monitoring production, Grafana, Kibana)
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with security monitoring
The Full stack Java Developer will perform the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the users of the application system
- Testing and implementation of software releases
- Development of Java APIs
- Development and maintenance of the automated regression tests. The tests are written with Java/BDD/Selenium. Deployed on Docker.
- Building and maintaining our MS deployment Pipeline.
- Performance tuning and monitoring of 3rd party systems
