Description
My client, a market leader in the construction industry, presently seeks an Oracle Fusion Middelware Developer.
You'll be required to hit the ground running, applying your existing skills and experience to interpret requirements and architecture.
You will code, unit test, build and deploy solutions and work on a different projects from Oracle SOA integration and Oracle BPM through to standalone Java web apps and complex Back End component development.
Role requirements:
- Experienced software development in a main technology area (eg Oracle SOA/BPM Suite/Oracle Service Bus/Java) and having a good knowledge of supporting technologies, coding languages and utilities
- Responsible for ensuring that unit and integration test activities are carried out correctly and to recognised standards
- Contribute to design activities on the team, attending design workshops and contribute to the production of design specifications
- Aware of and ensure compliance with all relevant quality processes and procedures, including completion of all the specified quality records
Essential:
- Experience of either Java (EJB 3.x/Spring), Weblogic(10g/11g), XML or Oracle Fusion Middleware (esp. BPM vg/12c, SOA Suite 11g/12c, Oracle Service Bus 11g/12c)
- Experience of working on high-volume/distributed systems
- Experience of SOA, messaging, event-driven architectures, workflow/BPM
- Full experience of the software development lifecycle
- Experience of Agile/Scrum Projects
- Ability to work in a team environment under pressure to deliver quality products to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Analytical skills, decision making, forward thinking
Desirable:
- Experience of other technologies eg Unix, JavaScript, Oracle ADF
- Oracle database development experience (PL/SQL and schema design)
- Experience of source control systems (Subversion/Git)
