Next Ventures are urgently seeking an WMB/IIB Developer to work for a Fortune 500 healthcare logistics company in Dublin over a long term contract set to last for up to 2/3 years in duration!
Position Summary:
The WMB/IIB Developer is an individual contributor role requiring significant knowledge of multiple technology platforms. The successful candidate will work alone or as a member of a collaborative work group. In either case, the WMB/IIB Developer will elicit business requirements and fulfil those requirements by deploying IT solutions.
Required Skills:
- Integration tools like IBM WebSphere Message Broker/Message Broker Developer/WMQ Administrator. Strong knowledge in Message Broker Development is a mandate.
- Tools and methods like UML, XML and SQL
- Strong Unix background
- Good Shell Scripting experience
- Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions with limited information.
- Ability to take independent action and/or proactively create opportunities to resolve or prevent problems
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment
- Subject matter expertise related to process management, systems development methodologies
*The successful candidate must be living or willing to relocate to Dublin for the duration of this contract!.*
