A fantastic opportunity has opened for a German speaking Support Desk Analyst to join a successful and global technology company in beautiful Budapest, Hungary.
This role is an excellent opportunity for on-the-job training in customer service and information technology. As a Support Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers contacting the Service Desk.
About you:

Responsibilities:
- Providing telephone & email support.
- Logging, investigating, and closing calls with a high level of accuracy and detail.
- Follow-up/update tickets for every call.
- Troubleshooting on application support, printers, password reset tools, remote control tools, MS Windows & Office, desktops, laptops, iPads, collaboration support
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
