Senior Software Engineer/Developer - Exclusive to Paratus People
Onsite or 80% Remote
Down in the Silicon Valley of Europe (Eindhoven) there lies a world-leading Industry 4.0 company. If you are already in the city or sitting the Bahamas - it doesn't matter - as this would be an almost 80% remote contract. Even if you won't be sitting in the office you will be an integral part of a development team consisting of hardware engineers, Embedded software engineers, application software and algorithm designers and system architects.
Essential skills:
To be successful in this role you must have a proven track record of at least 5 years in software engineering.
- You have extensive experience with programming languages C and C++ and familiar with various operating systems Linux, Android, RTOS, VxWorks, WindRiver or QNX;
- You have also worked on Embedded systems, design methodology for Real Time systems using Agile or test-driven development methodology
- ARM toolchain (eg, ARM Embedded GCC, IAR Workbench, Eclipse)
- Board support packages (eg,STMicro, NXP)
- Driver porting/development
- Experience with ARM Cortex-M series architectures
Desirable skills:
- Experience with cryptography
This is a long-term contract based on a brand-new transformation project.
