Description
Resource 1 is seeking a ColdFusion Web Developer for a contract in Wood Dale, Illinois. The initial term of the contract is 2 months with the possibility of extensions. Individual will be primarily responsible for making enhancements and modifications to a home-grown ColdFusion web-based application system. The current version of ColdFusion (CF 8) is being upgraded to (CF 2018). Individual should have at least 7 years of web development experience and 2+ years of ColdFusion (version 8 or higher). The project will also include redoing the Front End with Bootstrap/jQuery and making the related changes to the ColdFusion application. The ideal candidate would also have some prior experience working with Bootstrap, but it is not a requirement for this position. Individual should have solid experience working with common web technologies, like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, etc. Individual should also be familiar with relational databases and have had prior experience working with SQL (or PL/SQL). Project will involve both domestic and military applications. No security clearance is required for this position, however due to the government projects, individuals must be either Green Card Holders or US Citizens.
