Main Tasks:
You independently implement orders and projects with a focus on IP.
You will be responsible for the execution and commissioning of services within the scope of customer connections, customer projects and service contracts.
In addition, you will be responsible for the operation, fault clearance, expansion and optimization of our client's Next Generation Network and the associated end devices (CPE).
You carry out service, maintenance and repair work on the system technology and the associated network infrastructure.
You support customers with technical questions and support problems.
Technical Qualifications:
You have successfully completed your vocational training in telecommunications or information technology and have already gained relevant professional experience in these fields.
You have practical experience with network administration and system support in the area of LAN /WAN as well as data center switching.
You are familiar with certifications from system manufacturers such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), AlcatelLucent (NRS1, NRS2) and Juniper.
You have sound knowledge in the areas of switching, routing, access and VoIP technology, including the associated protocols.
You are fluent in English and ideally have first knowledge of German.
You will take on-call services
You have a class B driver's license.

You easily familiarize yourself with complex issues, always with the aim of continuously improving our client's services and processes.
You work independently and responsibly and use your communicative skills both in friendly contact with customers and in cooperation with the members of your team.
