Description
Contract - 3 months with possible extension
Location - London
Rate - £15 per hour
Responsibility:
- Manage a large volume of calls per day
- Chase and collect cash in various countries with 1000 live customers
- Reducing the overdue amount
- Reducing the DSO
- Cash allocation and account reconciliation
- Negotiate payment plan with customer
- Escalation of none payments
- Admin tasks, collecting customer information, update SAP etc.
Skills & Experience
- SAP AR experience
- Excellent telephone and written skills
- Excellent negotiator to close calls
- MS Excel & Word
- Strong communicator
- Excellent custom
