Description

Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major private sector client in the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Collection Specialist to be based in London for an initial period of 03 months with possible extension

Responsibility

  • Manage a large volume of calls per day
  • Chase and collect cash in various countries with 1000 live customers
  • Reducing the overdue amount
  • Reducing the DSO
  • Cash allocation and account reconciliation
  • Query resolution by liaising with internal as well as external customers
  • Negotiate payment plan with customer
  • Escalation of none payments
  • Admin tasks, collecting customer information, update SAP etc.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Cash collection total target
  • Reduction of overdue debts 90+ days
  • DSO
  • Special customer account reconciliations completion

Skills & Experience

  • SAP AR experience
  • Excellent telephone and written skills
  • Excellent negotiator to close calls
  • MS Excel & Word
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent customer service
