Description

Quantitative UX Researcher with profound programming knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client.

Your experience/skills:
  • At least 3+ years' practical experience with User Experience or Human-Computer Interaction Teams
  • Master or PhD Degree in study field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, Statistics or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
  • Excellent knowledge in multivariate statistics and designing of experiments
  • Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools, proficiency in programming computational and statistical algorithms for large data sets
  • Proven track record of demonstrating excellent command of research questions within a given domain, as well as technical tools for the analysis of data within that field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders


Your tasks:
  • Supporting existing research initiatives, prioritizing and driving research to quantify and improve the advertiser user experience (identifying research gaps, distil findings from prior research, developing research plans for quantitative or mixed quantitative+qualitative research)
  • Supporting product development and design as well as providing confidence in decision making through thorough quantitative insights
  • Defining and measuring quantitative UX goals and metrics in collaboration with Designers, Qualitative Researchers, Engineers and Program Managers
  • Examining existing data and product designs to generate hypotheses and plans for high-impact research
  • Developing code and statistical models to understand user experience
  • Facilitating high research impact through data visualization and novel research communication methods
