Cobol Mainframe & Java Dev Engineer/Ops Engineer
For one of my globally leading banking clients I am urgently looking for a Cobol Mainframe & Java Dev Engineer/Ops Engineer who can be available to start ASAP on a minimum 6 month contract in Amsterdam.
You must possess excellent Cobol Mainframe expertise in addition being able to work in the old world of Cobol as well as the new world of modern technologies. You do not have to an expert Java Developer/Guru, but you do need a good level of experience to secure success for this project.
You will be able to implement new ideas down the pipeline.
Have good Git Lab and TFS experience is a plus.
We are looking for someone who is fresh, innovative and with good leadership skills and be able to work and who can guide the rest of the team to work more Agile.
Knowledge in release processes. And improvement along with CO/CD is a plus.
Having previously worked as a tester or with test automation would be an advantage.
Fluent English skills are essential.
