Currently Templeton & Partners is looking for an Experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join one of our international clients for a position in Brussels, Belgium of 3 months with option of extension.
The Task
Templeton & Partners is looking for a strong communicative Embedded Software Engineer who will be part of a highly flexible and agile development team with members in Belgium and abroad, so good communication skills are essential. We expect you to be able to guide the off-shore team not just in product development, but also in architecture, analysis and developments for made-to-measure customer solutions.
Some of your key activities will include:
- Experience in C development in Embedded environment
- good aptitude for analysis, a results-oriented worker
- awareness of a range of development support tools
- quick to get to grips with new technologies
- keen to guarantee quality by state of the art testing
Our client is looking for you to have experience and skills in:
- Knowledge of Linux, Python and Embedded C.
- Knowledge of testing methodology (unit, integration, white/Black Box testing, automated testing framework, continuous integration )
- knowledge of and a positive attitude towards Agile methodology
- interest in security (hardware, software or both) and applied cryptography
