Scrum master/PM
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Only W2 (we don't work on C2C or 1099)
Overview:
Serve the role of Scrum Master as defined in the Scrum Guide
Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years for a software development team that was following Scrum principles, practices, and theory
More than 5 years of professional experience working in a software development organization, serving for some portion as software developer for some portion of this time
Knowledge of other Agile approaches/techniques: SAFe, XP, Kanban, TDD/BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Agile Games
Applicable knowledge of C# .NET and Java technologies
Previous experience in leadership roles
