Senior Java Consultant/Developer/Programmer/Engineer (EUR470-EUR520)

We are on the outlook for an exceptional Senior Java Consultant with at least 8 years' development and rollout experience with Java in a professional environment
This is a long-term contract of work. The employer offers real possibilities of contract renewal meaning the you could stay working for them for years and years as a contractor/freelancer!
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
Description
. Perform analysis of existing End User Computing Applications' and additional/new end user requirements;
. Design applications and micro-services addressing these requirements;
. Implement these applications and micro-services considering the technology stack and following the processes approved by the relevant IT team
. Test (unit test, integration test, system test, performance test) these applications and micro services;
. Support the business during user acceptance testing and obtain business signoff;
. Documentation, reporting, and change management related to these applications and micro services;
. Identify risks and liaise on issues related to changes;
. Act as a change agent to help facilitate effective deployments/modifications to new and current Industry practices;
. Maintain customer relationships within different divisions to ensure smooth communication
Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' development and rollout experience with Java in a professional environment (mandatory);
. Experience with automatic testing, eg, Junit, Cucumber (mandatory);
. Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate (mandatory);
. Experience with the use of version control systems, eg, Subversion, BitBucket, Git, Mercurial (mandatory);
. Experience with Apache Camel
. Experience with JavaScript and Angular 2 (desired)
. Experience with continuous integration and continues delivery pipelines, eg, Jenkins (desired);
. Desired experience with containerized environments, eg, Docker (desired).
. Good project management skills, to manage multiple tasks within schedule and shifting priorities
. Experience in providing reporting and other communications at a senior management level
. Ability to document clear
. Very good written and spoken English is required
