ZenDesk Developer - Daily Rate Contract
6 month contact that may be extended to 1 year. The primary responsibility for this ZenDesk Developer/Admin position is to work collaboratively with the existing developers and administrators to focus on site stability. This will involve fixing known bugs and reacting to new issues as they arise.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of Professional IT Experience, including 2+ years of expertise in ZenDesk platform as both Developer and Administrator.
- Participated at various levels of customization in Incident management and Change Management, Service Request Management applications and custom-built applications for various clients in different industry segment
- Experience diagnosing and solving connectivity, permissions, and functionality issues
- Experience in LDAP Configuration and Connection Management.
- Experience with SOAP/REST integration, Web services, Workflows
- Good Knowledge of using IDE Tools like Eclipse and SOAP.
- Support to fix Real Time production issues.
