Client need people to write and drive specifications in O&M and resource handling in radio nodes related areas in RAN.
Need people in system and specification team.
The overall responsibility of a System Developer is to establish and execute adequate system studies, both CA and TA, and bring technical issues and choices to conclusion in a timely manner
You will drive strategic technical leadership
