He will also give technical consulting and provide design and writing FHIR profiles
• Service delivery location: Remote. Travels on demand for client to Spain to follow-up the development activities.

The scope of the service that the consultant need to deliver: Provide FHIR expertise to improve the FHIR data model of DF, for this it’s mandatory use Forge ( https://simplifier.net/forge ) to profiling all the resources, valueSets, extensions and codeSystems and also to document it into Simplifier (https://simplifier.net/)
Forge is a user-friendly Windows desktop application for authoring FHIR profiles. A powerful graphical user interface that allows modelers to easily create, edit and validate FHIR profiles, extensions and implementation guides. https://simplifier.net/forge
Service context/description:
• Provide FHIR expertise to improve the FHIR data model of DF, for this it’s mandatory use Fore to profiling all the resources, valueSets, extensions and codeSystems and also to document it into Simplifier.
Deliverables of the service:
· Deliverable one: FHIR data model and clinical catalogue of DF transferred completely to Simplifier
· Deliverable two: Analysis of the current FHIR data model and clinical catalogue, proposing improvements to in terms of:
• Merge profiles.
• Remove not necessary extensions.
• Remove not necessary relations between resources.
• Standardize clinical concepts.
· Deliverable three: Update the FHIR artefacts (profiles, codeSystems, valueSets, extensions) with the proposals accepted for Roche as well as Simplifier implementation guide.
