My highly regarded Financial Services client urgently requires an experience Risk Analyst to join their newly set up "Risk Analytics" Team.
This person will be required to:
- To provide advice to the Head of Risk Analytics with regards to the establishment and implementation of a process to identify KRIs across the business.
- To engage business subject matter experts in the identification of suitable KRIs.
- To assess proposed KRIs against quality criteria to determine inclusion in the data suite to be collated.
- To feedback to business subject matter experts and iterate in relation to their proposed KRIs to hone in on an optimal data suite.
- Source reliable sources of data which constitute or Proxy the KRIs.
- To provide advice to the Head of Risk Analytics on methods of data management and storage.
- To develop efficient and robust processes both within the team and with data providers using automation
The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
- Experience of managing large volumes of data.
- Collaborative approach to problem solving and strong ability to work effectively across functional boundaries.
- Strong delivery focussed mind-set to provide quality output within required deadlines.
- Experience of developing effective KRIs.
- Creative approach to tackling problems.
- Experience of using databases and programming skills.
