Embedded Software Developer (m/f)

Duration: 6 MM+

Main tasks:
  • Software development for a new laser device, based on existing code basis
  • Design of a new software architecture, support of the electronics team in defining a new hardware platform
  • Design and implementation of software code, updating and creating software documentation
  • Planning, execution and documentation of white-box and black-box tests
  • Sustaining and enhancement of embedded software running on medical laser devices


Main qualifications
  • Degree in communication technology, electronics, computer science or something similar
  • Expert programming skills in C / C ++, C#, Java or Python
  • Experience with functional safety concepts in medical devices (IEC 61508)
  • Experience with medical standards (ISO 62304, IEC , ISO 14971, IEC , ISO62304 and FDA
  • Fluent in English and German
