Senior Big Data Engineer - Daily Rate Contract - Roles x2
Excellent opportunities to work in a large enterprise level environment on the latest technology stacks alongside some of the best engineers out there.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in one of Scala, Java or Python
- Proficient in one of Hive, Impala, Oozie or Sqoop
- Proficient in Apache Spark
- Continuous integration/continuous deployment experience with Git/Jenkins/Maven etc.
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
- Experience in banking/finance sector or experience in commercial data centric projects
- Experience of Machine Learning desirable but not essential
- Experience of functional programming desirable but not essential
- A degree or equivalent experience
