Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Brussels

Contract Rate: Up to Euro 430 per day

Contract Length: 12 Months with multiple extensions

Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Contract Senior Java Developer to join their client in Brussels.

Description

  • Analysis of Business requirements
  • Business model analysis
  • Business process analysis
  • Assistance in Vision documents
  • Business processes modelling
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis
  • Risk analysis
  • Mapping and analysis of the existing websites owned by the Client
  • Recommendations / Action plan for the next 3-4 years;
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with 9 years of experience in IT
  • Good knowledge of information systems matters
  • Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
  • Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity
  • relationship model etc.)
  • Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile)
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis
  • Capability to speak to business and technical audiences
  • Strong capacity to give high level presentations
  • Ability to apply high quality standards
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings
  • excellent communicator
  • Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
  • Very well written and spoken English is required
