Marketing Assistant (Entry Level)
Maidenhead (6 Month Contract)
The Company:
A leading Telecoms company, who operate in a collaborative, customer focused and agile environment. They are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant (Customer Offer Specialist) to join their team on an interim basis, where you will be seeking out attractive offers online and incorporating these into a Customer Loyalty Mobile Application.
Responsibilities:
- Searching and selecting the most relevant offers from an available bank
- Aiding the processing of the offers from point of selection to go-live
- Ensuring offer data appears in the necessary locations to support the team
- Working with the Partnerships team to obtain assets ahead of go-live
- Preparing upload sheets for site builder
- Editing terms & conditions as required
- Working with external agency to support weekly turn as necessary
Experience Required:
- Will ideally have experience in a similar role, observing various offers/deals on the market (Travel, Gaming, Tech etc)
- Digital Marketing experience (any experience working on mobile applications would be a bonus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent written English
- A good eye for detail
- Highly organised
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, used to working to tight deadlines
