Participation in improving the quality of STB products and related services: Live TV, Replay, Video on Demand (VOD), Digital Recorder (PVR), Program Guide, TV Interface, Applications
- Your main mission is to identify and analyze the problems reported by customers from the operating tools and technical indicators available to you.
