For our client in Munich we are looking for a Cloud Project Manager (m/f) on a freelance basis.

Project Description:
Implement an application based on MS Dynamics CRM to maintain reinsurance contract attributes as required for the European Life / Health market. The project has to
- re-use a solution developed for the North American market,
- adapt it where necessary,
- migrate data from several home grown applications and SAP for an initial data load,
- implement several interfaces to home grown and SAP systems,
- provide several single treaty and bulk reports
Tasks:
- Achievement of project objectives in time, scope, quality and costs as approved
- Check feasibility of project order as documented and approved
- Plan the project (incl. detailed effort estimations) .
- Define project organization in cooperation with Project Sponsor and units involved.
- Ensure assignment of roles in project organization to qualified team members in cooperation with line managers (in IT: Service Managers) .
- Coordinate creation of deliverables and monitor progress and completion of them.
- Perform project internal controlling (Dates, Budget, Quality, Scope)
- Conduct Risk and Issue Management for the project, plan and monitor measures for mitigation and avoidance of impact on the project.
- Regular project status report (to Stakeholders, i.e. Steering Committee).
- Coordination of dependencies from and to other projects.
- Coordination of deliveries and their sign-off.
- Ensure accordance to group wide and divisional guidelines and standards (i.e. Compliance, workers council, data protection, information security etc.)
- Coordination of roll-out in production.
Skills:
- Experience in projects with stakeholders in North America and Europe
- At least 2 years practical experience in the area of cloud project management
- At least 5 years practical experience in the area of agile project management
- knowledge of VSTS for project iteration planning and tracking
- Experience with MS Dynamics CRM, Cloud
