Senior ALCS/TPF Developer - Dubai - Rate TBC
As an established and trusted recruitment partner to this global aviation organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, we have been asked to assist with the recruitment of several ALCS/TPF Developers (10 positions in total, at various levels)
*Expertise in Assembler language knowledge/Assembler programming/Assembler (TPF - Transaction Processing Facility/ALCS- Airline control system, OS/390).
*Strong knowledge in Real Time programming environment.
*Strong SPM (struHaving worked on Interfaces - understanding of relevant application message flows - understanding of infrastructure with respect to Mainframe/alcs/tpf inner working
*Lead and define system architecture for the application within the boundaries of the enterprise architecture Identify system functionality, and map functionality to software components.
*Having in-depth knowledge of design patterns and decision making ability on when and why to use specific patterns.
*Liasing with EA for getting approvals on design and exceptions if any.
*Understand and address non-functional requirements in system with an optimum design Build, maintain and spread best practices in system architecture to design engineers.
*Should mentor and groom system architects/design engineers in the assigned project
*Ability to build something innovative and new in technology.
*Review and Modernize the framework/tools and technologies to increase developer productivity and increase quality of deliverables.
*Enable technology learning sessions. Provide inputs on establish a technology career plan that aligns with the IT roadmap.
*Promote self-learning and technology innovation via innovation lab and other forums.
*Promote enhancements through the community of Practice Develop upload/download component as a part of projects and contribute to framework of IT.
*Minimum of 8 years of Technical in-depth knowledge should produce optimum design and Solution Architecture for Projects.
*Identify and conduct Proof of Concepts and should be highly proficient in the usage of design tools and frameworks.
